Abstract: In May 2010 and Ocluber 2010 wc have taken 2I 9 and 230 rats from 10 and 14 units respeclivcly investigate the health status of experimental rats．All of these rats were killed by cutting off the cervical．We collected the heart，lung，liver，spleen，kidney，large intestine and small intestine，and then put these organs into10％paraformaldehyde solution for fixation．The samples were then observed with optical microscopy．The results show that the vast majority of experimental mice were pathologically diagnosed  as healthy animals．Fatty liver and bronchial pneumonia are the two main lesions which affect the health of laboratory animals．The reason may be breeding and feeding environment and we can improve the management to ameliorate the health status of experimental rats．

摘要： 摘要：应用石蜡切片及H．E染色法，于2010年5月和10月分别对lO家和14家实验动物单位的4—6周龄实验用 鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、大肠和小肠进行组织学观察。结果显示。绝大多数的实验用鼠为健康动物．而非健康动物以 脂肪肝和轻度肺炎为主要病变，且发病率稳定。这可能与饲养的环境和饲料有关，加强饲养管理可以使这种情况 得到改善。
