Abstract: Abstract：The immunomodulatory effects of LingZe Mixture were examined．In this study，LingZe Mixture could obviously reduce the phagocytic ability of macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice，inhibit the delayed hypersensitivity reaction induced by DNCB，and reduce the$erum hemolysin．The results indicate that LingZe Mixture has good immunomodulatory effects on nonspecific，cellular and humoral immunity．

摘要： 目的研究苓泽合剂的免疫调节作用。方法观察苓泽合剂对非特异性免疫、细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响。 即对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响、对2，4-二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响以及对小鼠血清溶 血素生成的影响。结果苓泽合剂能降低小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力，对2，4一二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型超 敏反应有明显抑制作用，能降低小鼠血清溶血素的生成。结论苓泽合剂具有调节机体非特异性免疫、细胞免疫 及体液免疫的作用。
