Abstract: 0bjective To discuss how to establish a durative rats model of hyperurieemia through comparing the rat model of hypemricemia made by adenine and oxonie acid.Methods To inject into stomach with adenine or oxonic acid either in high or low dose separately.Administer serum uric acid,urea nitrogen,creatinine,compared with the control group,and make histopathologic observation of kidney.Results Adenine groups have serious kidney damage that is earlier than the increase of serum uric acid.The serum uric acids of oxonic acid group’8 increase clearly and stably and there are not significant renal damage in a long time.Conclusion Adenine is only suitable to make rat model of renal failure.Oxonic acid is more appropriate for the production of rat model of hyperurieemia.

摘要: 目的比较腺嘌呤和氧嗪酸制作的高尿酸血症大鼠模型,探讨如何建立持续性高尿酸血症大鼠模型。方法 分别采用腺嘌呤、氧嗪酸高、低剂量灌胃。测定血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐,与对照组比较,并进行肾组织病理观察。绩 果腺嘌呤组肾损害严重,且肾损害早于血尿酸的增高。而氧嗪酸组血尿酸明显、持续的升高,且较长时间无明显 肾损害。结论腺嘌呤只适合制作肾衰大鼠模型,而氧嗪酸用于制作高尿酸血症大鼠模型较为合适。
