Abstract: In order to choose the best method of confirming estrous cycle of adult Kunming female mice.Three methods were used in order to confirm the estrous cycle,including cervix mucus crystalisation,vaginal exfoliative cell smear and vaginal exfoliate cell counting.The results showed that all three methods can confirm the estrous cycle of mice,but specificity was lower in the first method,there was false negativity in the second method and the third method was convenient and accurated.

摘要： 目的为选择确定小鼠动情期的最准确和方便的方法,取成熟雌性昆明小鼠,每日晨取阴道脱落细胞及宫颈黏液做涂片,置显微镜下观察,分别用宫颈黏液结晶法、阴道脱落细胞学检查法、阴道脱落角化细胞计数法三种不同方法来确定小鼠动情期。结果显示:三种方法均可以确定小鼠动情期,但三种方法比较,宫颈黏液结晶法特异性差;阴道脱落细胞学方法较为准确,但有假阴性现象;角化细胞计数法直观方便,结果最为客观准确。
