Abstract: Objective To Delve into application of examining intestinal transmission function of mice by infusing stomach with barium sulfate.Method Barium sulfate and activated carbon were infused into stomachs of the mice in the normal and the constipation groups,and the intestinal moving rate,stool quantity,and first defecation time were observed.Result The intestinal moving rate,stool quantity,and first defecation time in the normal and the constipation mice were objectively demonstrated by infusing stomach with barium sulfate.Conclusion The infusing stomach with barium sulfate can be used as a new examining method of studying intestinal motility in mice.

摘要： 目的探讨硫酸钡灌胃法在小鼠肠道传输功能检测中的应用。方法通过硫酸钡和活性炭小鼠灌胃的方法,对正常和便秘小鼠进行小肠推动率、粪便排出量、首粒大便排出时间的观察。结果用硫酸钡灌胃法检测正常和便秘小鼠肠道传输功能,可客观地反映小鼠不同生理状态下小肠推动率、首粒大便排出时间和排便量。结论硫酸钡灌胃法可作为小鼠肠动力学实验研究的一种新的检测方法。
