Abstract: Great advances have been made in prevention and treatment zoonoses by aid of anti-microbial drugs. But followed drug resistance can’t be neglected. There are two resistant mechanism: one is biochemical mechanism, another is molecular biological mechanism. The comprehensively understanding resistance is a solid theoretical basis on conquering microbial resistance.

摘要: 利用抗微生物药物预防和治疗人畜共患病,已经取得了长足的进步,但伴随而来的耐药性问题却不容忽视。耐药性产生的机制有生化机制和分子生物学机制,对其耐药性更加深入的认识,为早日战胜微生物耐药性打下了坚实的理论基础。
