Abstract: Electrocardiograph(ECG) is not only a common and important means of Clinial examination, but also play an important role in emergency treatment and monitoring of critically ill patents. Because the theory of ECG formation is complicated, it is always a difficult point in teaching. The authors studied the experimental method and observation items of toad ECG and turns it into an objective teaching experiment that is aimple in method. The experiment explains some basic problems of clinical ECG lively and it is helpful for students to understand and grasp ECG.

摘要： 心电图(ECG)不但是临床心功能检查的一项常用而重要的检查方法,在危重病人的抢救和病情监护中也发挥着重要作用。由于心电图的形成理论复杂而抽象,教学中往往成为难于逾越的难点。通过对蟾蜍心电图的实验方法和观察项目进行探索,使其成为一个方法简单、结果直观、效果非常好的教学实验。该实验生动地说明了临床心电图的一些基本问题,有利于学生对心电图的理解和掌握。
