Abstract: Objective To study the nursing cooperation on the transarterial intervention experiment of transplantation hepatoma model on rats. Method Delicate and active pre_operation and post_operation nursing strateg were carried out on the experimental operation of 20 rat models. Result The success rate of administration by transarterial intervention technique reachedto 100%.Post_operative survival rate was 90%.Conelusion Experienced nursing cooperation helps to promote the success rate of the transarterial intervention experiment on rats, which suggests that skilled nursing technique plays an important role in the transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for the patients with hepatoma.

摘要： 目的　总结大鼠移植性肝癌模型血管介入的配合经验。方法　协助医生对2 0只大鼠移植性肝癌模型进行血管介入治疗,在术前、术后积极实施相关护理对策。结果　模型大鼠给药成功率1 0 0 %,术后的存活率为90 %。结论　熟悉大鼠血管介入技术,加强术中的配合有助于提高实验的成功率,提示熟练的护理配合在肝癌患者行化疗栓塞术中具有重要的意义。
