Study on Activities of β\|Acceptor in Myocardium and Plasma Catecholamine under High Serum Levels of Thyroid Hormones in Rats

高甲状腺激素水平对大鼠心肌β受体和血浆儿茶胺酚的影响

Abstract: ? The high serum levels of thyroid hormones in rats were induced by oral administration of thyroid tablets (average dose for each rat:4 mg/d ×6d). The activities of β\|acceptor in myocardium and plasma catecholamine were measured. The results showed that the activity of β\|acceptor was 69±13 fmol/mgpro, at the end of the administration and was lower than that in control group(94±22 fmol/mgpro),the activity of plasma catecholamine(NE:530±73 pg/ml, E:132±62pg/ml) was higher than those in control one(NE:318±117 pg/ml,E:98±36 pg/ml). These results indicate that the changes of β\|acceptor and catecholamine play an important role in the development of themyocardium damnification under high serum levels of thyroid hormones.

摘要: 为研究高甲状腺激素状态下心肌β受体、血浆儿茶酚胺(CA) 的变化及相互关系,给大鼠口服甲状腺片,平均每只4 mg/d ,连续60 d ,检测心室肌β受体密度最大结合量(Bmax) 和血浆儿茶酚胺含量。结果显示,实验组大鼠心肌Bmax(69 ±13 fmol/mgpro) 显著低于对照组(94 ±22 fmol/mgpro) ;实验组大鼠血浆CA(NE:530 ±73 pg/mL, E:132 ±62 pg/mL) 显著高于对照组(NE:318 ±117 pg/m L,E:98 ±36 pg/mL) 。提示高甲状腺激素水平作用下,心肌β受体Bmax 下降和血浆CA 升高是造成心肌损伤的重要原因
