Abstract: ? Three hybirdoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies were raised by fusing of Sp2/0 cells with spleen cells of BALA/c mice immunized with the antigens of Toxoplasmosis. The titer of McAbs in culture supernatant and AF were 1∶16~256 and 10 -6 ~10 -7 seperately by ELISA,all of McAb were IgM class.The cell lines were preserved in liquid nitrogen for 12 months without any loss in immune reactivity.

摘要: 用弓形虫可溶性抗原免疫BALB/c 小鼠,取脾细胞,与Sp2/0 细胞融合,获得3 株能稳定分泌抗弓形虫单克隆抗体的细胞。细胞培养上清液和腹水中的单克隆抗体效价分别为1∶16 ~256 和10 - 6 ~10 - 7 。单抗类型均为IgM。杂交瘤细胞经液氮冻存12 个月后,复苏生长良好,分泌活性稳定。在McAb- Dot- ELISA 实验中,所能测出可溶性抗原的最小浓度为10 ng/ mL
