Abstract: Many intermal and foreign biologists have already paid attedtion to the aberration effect caused by alcohol. We use the white mice as the experimental materials and determine the appearance rate of micro nuclear in embryo and pregnant mice and the aberration rate in bone marrow cell of pregnant mice aberrated by alcohol affects the hereditary substance.By the result we provided the scientific evidence for protecting people's health from alcohol.

摘要: 有关酒精对DNA损伤的效应,已引起国内外学者的注意,本实验以昆明小鼠为实验材料,检测酒精对母鼠及胎鼠微核出现率及母鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率的变化,以了解酒精对遗传物质的影响,为防止酒精对人体健康的严重危害提供科学依据。
