Abstract: Spondyloarthritis ( SpA) is a common autoimmune disease that mostly affects the axial and peripheral joints. It is characterized pathologically by enthesitis, bone breakdown, and new bone formation. The development of an animal model will provide a good platform for in-depth study of the pathogenesis and therapy of SpA, so this article will review the development of SpA animal model research and strive to provide new ideas for the study and establishment of a SpA animal model, which will further enhance the research theory and experimental basis of the SpA animal model, bringing new ideas for the study of the pathogenesis and clinical therapy of SpA.

摘要： 脊柱关节炎( SpA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,累及中轴和外周关节,主要病理特征为附着点炎、骨破坏 和新骨形成。 动物模型的建立将成为深入研究 SpA 的发生发病机制及疗法的良好载体,因此本文将为关于 SpA 的 动物模型的研究发展做出综述,并力求为 SpA 动物模型的研究建立提供新思路,将进一步增强 SpA 动物模型的研 究理论及实验基础,从而为 SpA 的发病机制、临床疗法的研究带来新思路。
