Abstract: Objective To analyze the capacity of the laboratory animal quality monitoring in China, to analyze the organization of proficiency testing of laboratory animal quality monitoring, and to discuss the important factors affecting the satisfaction of proficiency testing. Method To analyze the changes in laboratory numbers, item number, satisfaction rate and participation frequency by using the software Excel2010 和 Powerpoint2010. Result From 2013 to 2021, 27 programs were organized, 22 testing parameters included and 92 biological samples distributed. 70 laboratories participated in 552 cases, and the satisfaction rate reached 90. 22%. Conclusion Continuous participation in the proficiency testing improved the monitoring capacity of the laboratory.

摘要： 目的 分析我国实验动物质量检测能力现状,探讨实验动物质量检测能力验证组织实施现状,研究影响能力验 证满意率的关键因素。 方法 通过 Excel2010 和 Powerpoint2010 软件进行实验室数量、项次、满意率以及频次的变化 分析。 结果 2013—2021 年共实施 27 个能力验证计划,包括 22 种检测能力参数,发放 92 种生物样本。 共有 70 家实 验室参加 552 个项次,整体满意率达到 90. 22%。 结论 持续参加能力验证活动可以提升实验室的检测能力。 关键词: 能力验证;实验动物;实验室质量控制
