不同途径给药恩诺沙星对豚鼠体质量和血液生理生化指标的影响

摘要: 目的 测定不同途径进行恩诺沙星给药,对豚鼠体质量变化和血液生理生化指标的影响。 方法 分别测定不同途径进行恩诺沙星给药对豚鼠体质量、血液生理指标和血液生化指标的影响,利用统计学方法分析组间差异。结果 高剂量恩诺沙星饮水给药会显著影响豚鼠的饮水量,高剂量恩诺沙星和低剂量恩诺沙星饮水给药都会显著影响豚鼠的体质量增长。 在血液生理指标方面,不同给药处理组中的白细胞计数 WBC、单核细胞绝对值 MON、中性粒细胞绝对值 GRAN、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度 MCHC、红细胞分布宽度变异系数 RDW-CV、血小板分布宽度PDW 等 6 项指标与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0. 05) 。 在血液生化指标方面,与对照组相比,不同给药处理组中的钙 Ca、丙氨酸氨基转移酶 ALT、碱性磷酸酶 ALP、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶 γ-GT、三酰甘油 TG 等 5 项指标具有统计学意义。 结论 不同途径恩诺沙星给药对豚鼠多项生物学指标影响的测定,为豚鼠的科学用药提供了基础数据。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of different routes of enrofloxacin administration on bodyweight and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of guinea pigs, this study was performed.Method The effects of different routes of enrofloxacin administration on body weight,blood physiologicaland biochemical indexes of guinea pigs were determined respectively. Statistical method were used fordata analysis. Result High dose of enrofloxacin administered by drinking water significantly affected thewater consumption of guinea pigs. Both high dose of enrofloxacin and low dose of enrofloxacinsignificantly affected the weight gain of guinea pigs. Compared to the control group, several significantlydifferent blood physiological indexes were determined in the administration treatment groups includingWBC, MON, GRAN, MCHC, RDW-CV, PDW. Conclusion The determination of the effects of different routes of enrofloxacin administration onseveral biological indexes of guinea pigs would provide basic data for scientific medication in guinea pigs.
