摘要: 摘要:目的 探讨短期热应激对小鼠体质量和脏器系数的影响方法 选取 92 4 周龄 ICR 雌性小鼠,随机分为对照组和热应激组对照组 26 只小鼠饲养于屏障环境内;热应激组 66 只小鼠,每天分两批将其放入 42 ℃ 的生化培养箱中热应激 3 h,热应激期间小鼠自由采食和饮水,热应激结束后将小鼠放回屏障环境重复 4 ,期间每隔一周随机取对照组和热应激组小鼠,记录小鼠的体质量以及卵巢子宫心脏肝脏脾脏肺脏和肾脏的质量结果 热应激第 7、14、21 28 天均会使小鼠体质量极显著下降( P < 0. 01) ,下降的均值分别为 4. 06 g、5. 93 g、4. 51 g 7. 13 g,而子宫和卵巢脏器系数,热应激组在第 7、14、21 28 天时略高于对照组实质性脏器系数受影响顺序最先是肝脏和脾脏,然后是心脏和肺脏,最后是肾脏结论 动物机体在极端条件下,优先保护泌尿生殖系统,以确保后代繁衍

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of short-term heat stress on weight and organ coefficient in mice. Method Selected 92 female mice of 4-week old ( ICR) , and were randomly divided into the control group and the heat stress group. Twenty-six mice in the control group were fed in the SPF room and the other 66 mice in the heat stress group were heated in the 42 ℃ biochemical incubator for 3 hours every day for 4 weeks. During 4 weeks, the mice in the control group and the heat stress group were randomly selected to be studied. The weights of mice were recorded and then draw the ovaries, uterus, heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidney of the mice and weighted. Result The weights of mice significantly decreased after the heat stress ( P < 0. 01) . On the 7th, 14th, 21th and 28th day, the average values of the decreased weight were 4. 06 g, 5. 93 g, 4. 51 g and 7. 13 g, respectively. The organ coefficient of the uterus and ovaries of the heat stress group was significantly higher than those in the control group. The liver and spleen were damaged at first, and then the heart and lungs, the kidney at least. Conclusion The animal organism prioritizes the protection for the urogenital system under extreme conditions to ensure reproduction of offspring.
