摘要: 摘要:目的 研究嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌( Akkermansia muciniphila) 对急性高尿酸血症小鼠尿酸及肝肾功能的影响方法 连续灌胃 7 d 给予小鼠氧嗪酸钾制备急性高尿酸血症模型,以别嘌呤醇为阳性对照药,检测 A. muciniphila 灌胃 7 d 对血清尿酸( UA) 、肌酐 ( Crea) 、尿素氮 ( BUN) 、谷丙转氨酶 ( ALT) 、谷草转氨酶 ( AST) 、 γ-谷氨酰转肽酶( GGT)的影响结果 A. muciniphila 灌胃后血清尿酸水平部分降低但无统计学差异( P > 0. 05) ,血清 Crea、BUN、ALT、AST、GGT 变化均不明显结论 A. muciniphila 对急性高尿酸血症小鼠血清 UA 水平影响不大,对肝肾功能亦无明显影响

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of Akkermansia muciniphila on uric acid, liver and kidney function in mice with acute hyperuricemia. Method The acute hyperuricemia model was prepared by gavage of potassium oxonate in mice for one week. Allopurinol was used as the positive control drug. The levels of serum uric acid ( UA) , creatinine ( Crea ) , urea nitrogen ( BUN ) , alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ) , aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase ( GGT ) activity of hyperuricemia mice after one week gavage of A. muciniphila were measured. Result After one week gavage of A. muciniphila, the level of serum uric acid decreased partially, but there was no significant difference ( P>0. 05) . The changes of serum Crea, BUN, ALT, AST and GGT were not obvious. Conclusion A. muciniphila had little effect on serum uric acid level and liver and kidney function in mice with acute hyperuricemia.
