摘要:目的 废气处理设备工艺对环境的影响。 方法 通过对水喷淋吸收法、光氧化、低温等离子分解法和水喷淋加药法吸收分解的实验与分析,找出实验动物设施废气处理的设备最佳方案,通过检测进入和排出设备气体中氨、硫化氢、臭气浓度对比,筛选出最有效的除臭方法。 结果 通过测试表明,除臭喷淋水投加次氯酸钠或采用光氧化等离子除臭,排放的气体中氨、硫化氢、臭气浓度均优于《 恶臭污染物排放标准》 ( GB 14554—93) ,且经济可行。结论 采用喷淋水中投入次氯酸钠方法或采用光氧化等离子除臭与水喷淋除臭组合,均可满足动物设施排风除臭的需求,从经济和技术角度可行。 可减少实验动物设施排风中臭气的含量,有效地解决设施周边臭气的问题,高效、节能,可以在实验动物设施中推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective The impact of technological process of waste gas treatment equipment on environment. Method The optimal plan of waste gas treatment for laboratory animal facilities has been found out by analyzing the experimental result of water spray absorption method, photooxidation, low-temperature plasma decomposition method and water spray dosing method. And the most effective deodorization method has been selected by comparing the concentration of gas such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and odor in the inlet and outlet of equipment. Result The result showed that the concentration of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and odor in the exhaust gas is better than that in the emission standard of odor pollutants ( GB 14554—93) by adding sodium hypochlorite water or using photooxidation plasma to deodorize. Conclusion The application of sodium hypochlorite in spray water or the combination of photooxidation plasma deodorization and water spray deodorization can meet the need of deodorization in animal facilities, which are feasible from economic and technical perspective. Thus, these method can reduce the odor content in the outlet of equipment of laboratory animal facilities and effectively solve the problem of odor around the facility, which have the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, and can be promoted and applied in laboratory animal facilities.
