探究三种筑巢材料及放置量对小鼠筑巢与繁育性能的影响

Effects of Three Nesting Materials and Placement Levels on the Nesting and Breeding Performance of Mice

摘要: 目的 探究三种筑巢材料及放置量对小鼠筑巢与繁育性能的影响。 方法 C57BL / 6JGpt( B6) 小鼠、BALB / c Nj-Foxn1 nu / Gpt(BALB / c-nu)小鼠随机各分为 12 组,每组 36 只(雄雌 1 ∶ 2 配繁) ,分别添加 2、4、6、8 g 4 种克重的 拉菲草、纸棉、擦手纸筑巢材料,合笼后一周进行筑巢评分,每周统计总活产仔数、总离乳数、小鼠离乳体质量,持续 统计 5 个月。 结果 (1)两种品系小鼠拉菲草组、擦手纸组筑巢评分均显著优于纸棉组( P< 0. 05) ,筑巢评分与筑 巢材料放置量无显著关联(P>0. 05) 。 (2)两种品系小鼠总活产仔数、总离乳数与筑巢材料种类均无显著关联( P> 0. 05) ;B6 小鼠 6 g 擦手纸组总活产仔数、总离乳数显著优于 2 g 擦手纸组(P<0. 05) ;BALB / c-nu 小鼠 2 g 擦手纸组 总活产仔数显著优于 6 g 擦手纸组(P<0. 05) ,2 g 筑巢材料组总离乳数均显著优于 8 g 筑巢材料组(P<0. 05) ;两种 品系小鼠离乳体质量与筑巢材料种类、放置量均无显著关联( P> 0. 05) 。 结论 两种品系对不同筑巢材料及放置 量存在差异。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of three nesting materials and placement levels on the nesting and breeding performance of mice. Method C57BL / 6JGpt (B6) mice and BALB / cNj-Foxn1 nu / Gpt (BALB / c-nu) mice were randomly divided into 12 groups ( n = 36, trio-bred) . Mice were provided with three kinds of nesting materials ( raffia, paper cotton and paper tissue) and four placements ( 2 g, 4 g, 6 g and 8 g) levels respectively. Nesting scores were assigned on the first week after mating, and total litter size, total weaning pups and weaning weight of pups were counted weekly for 5 months. Result (1) The nesting scores of the raffia and paper tissue groups were significantly better than those of the paper cotton group in both strains ( P < 0. 05) , and there was no significant correlation between nesting scores and the placement level of nesting material ( P > 0. 05) . ( 2) There was no significant correlation between total litter size, total weaning pups and the kinds of nesting material in both strains (P>0. 05) ; the total litter size and total weaning pups in the 6 g paper tissue group of B6 strain was significantly better than that in the 2 g paper tissue group (P<0. 05) ; the total litter size in the 2 g paper tissue group was significantly better than that in the 6 g paper tissue group (P<0. 05) , and total weaning pups in the 2 g nesting material groups were significantly better than that in the 8 g nesting material groups (P<0. 05) ; there was no significant correlation between weaning weight of pups and types and placement levels of nesting material in both two strains. Conclusion There were differences between the two strains for types and placement levels of nesting materials.
