• # Notice on Holding the 2017 Beijing Annual Conference on Laboratory Animal Science and the Editorial Board Meeting of *Laboratory Animal Science*

  To all relevant institutions and experts:
  
  To boost academic exchanges in laboratory animal science within Beijing, the 2017 Beijing Annual Conference on Laboratory Animal Science, sponsored by the Beijing Laboratory Animal Science Society, Beijing Laboratory Animal Management Office and Beijing Laboratory Animal Industry Association, will be held in Mentougou District, Beijing in March 2017. Laboratory animal researchers and relevant scholars in Beijing are warmly invited to participate, and experts engaged in laboratory animals and related disciplines from other provinces and cities across China are sincerely welcome to attend. Relevant arrangements are notified as follows:

  - Registration: 08:00–12:00, March 23
  - Conference Sessions: Afternoon of March 23, full day of March 24
  - Departure: March 25

  ## III. Conference Fees
  Conference fee: RMB 800 per person; 50% discount for full-time students. Accommodation and meals will be uniformly arranged by the conference organizing committee.

  1. Exchange and discussion on research progress, production & management of laboratory animals, as well as hot issues and difficult problems in animal experiments;
  2. Selection of excellent scientific papers, Youth Academic Speech Contest, with certificates and awards presented to winners;
  3. Convene the Council Meeting of Beijing Laboratory Animal Science Society and the Editorial Board Meeting of *Laboratory Animal Science*.
  
  All manuscripts intended for oral presentation shall be submitted to the society email: sydwxxh@163.com no later than March 6, 2017.
