They obtain authors' contact information from public online sources and ask to add WeChat or other social accounts. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, we hereby issue the solemn statement as follows:
  
  1. Our editorial department will **never** contact authors via WeChat or QQ. No staff will ask authors to add WeChat or QQ accounts through emails for any reason.
  2. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to **Beijing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Yayuncun Sub-branch**. Alipay and WeChat transfers are not accepted.
  3. All procedures will be completed once the manuscript is published. The full-text PDF is available for free download on our official website.
