The investigation in infection of Trichomoide crassicauda to SD Rats in Guangzhou

广州地区普通级SD大鼠膀胱线虫的感染和观察

Abstract: 20 adult rats were examined and we found Trichosomoide crassicauda worms in 13 instances. which harbord from 3~14 with an average of 7 worms. All are femiles. Morphotropy and culture in vitro of eggs have been invested. Worms is long in 10.31± 0.36mm, wide in 15.50± 6.48μm; eggs are elliptic, sized (63.67±0.95)×(36.67 ±1. 39) μm. 80 eggs are cultured in a very simple media (Nacl 0.9%%+penicilline), 48 hours later, 20 eggs died; 72 hours, half of them died; 96 hours, only 4 survived; 120 hours,all died. It showed that eggs can live on a longer time even through they are cultured in a simple media.

摘要: 对20只普通级SD成年大鼠进行检测,在13只大鼠的膀胱中发现膀胱线虫,肾盂中未发现膀胱线虫。每只鼠中有3~14条,均为雌虫、虫长为10.31±0.36mm,宽为15.50±6。48μm;虫卵呈椭圆形。两端有给节,大小为(63.67±0.95)×(36.67±1.39)μm。将收集到的线虫放入生理盐水中产卵,并将产出的80个卵放入(生理盐水+青霉素)培养液中进行体外培养。48h后存活60个;72h后存活40个;96h后只剩4个卵存活;120h后全部死亡。这表明虫卵即使在很简单的体外培养的条件下依然能存活较长的时间。
