Abstract: Abstract: Objective To find safe and effective drugs for expelling and killing internal and external parasites of laboratory animal． Method The male mice carrying Myocoptes musculinus were randomly divided into 3 groups， and female mice were randomly divided into 3 groups; the male mice carrying Syphacia obvelata egg were randomly divided into 3 groups，and female mouse were randomly divided into 3 groups． The expelling and killing effects were observed through drinking 0. 1% ，0. 5% and 1. 0% ivermectin for three cycles． Result Three concentrations of ivermectin could exert expelling and killing effects for Myocoptes musculinus and Syphacia obvelata of laboratory animal． Conclusion Ivermectin can be used as a safe and effective drug for expelling and killing internal and external parasites of laboratory animal．

摘要： 摘要: 目的寻找一种安全有效的驱杀实验动物体内外寄生虫的药物。方法将携带鼠癣螨雄性小鼠随机分为3 组，雌鼠也随机分为3 组; 将携带鼠隐匿管状线虫卵雄性小鼠随机分为3 组，雌鼠也随机分为3 组。通过3 周饮用 浓度分别为0. 1% 、0. 5% 和1. 0% 的伊维菌素来观察驱杀效果。结果3 个浓度的伊维菌素对实验动物鼠癣螨和 鼠隐匿管状线虫均有较好的驱杀效果。结论伊维菌素可作为一种安全有效驱杀实验动物体内外寄生虫的药物 使用。
