Abstract: Abstract: Objective To observe the physical index properties of different experimental rabbits in the SPF breeding environment． Method The 10 SPF Japanese rabbits and 10 SPF New Zealand laboratory rabbits were adopted in this triall． The blood samples were obtained from the heart of rabbits． Result There were differences in some indexes for SPF Japanese rabbits( P ＜ 0. 05) ，as well as SPF New Zealand laboratory rabbits． Conclusion There was obvious difference in physical index properties between the different strains of SPF laboratory rabbits， which is instructive and meaningful to choose stable laboratory animal and improve the advance of animal experiments．

摘要： 摘要: 目的了解在屏障环境繁育的不同品系实验兔的生理指标特性。方法采用SPF 级大耳白和新西兰兔各10 只，通过心脏采血获得检测样本。用血细胞分析仪、血液生化仪及凝血仪检测其生理指标。结果大耳白实验兔 部分指标有差异( P ＜ 0. 05) ，而新西兰实验兔部分指标也存在差异( P ＜ 0. 05) 。结论不同品系的SPF 兔生理指标 有着明显的差异，这对选择生理指标稳定的实验动物、保证动物实验顺利进行有着非常重要的意义。
