Abstract: Abstract：Objective To probe into methods of observing behavioral indexes of experimental minipigs in the basic research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)．Methods The special cages and electronic surveillance system were adopted in this series to observe and record the changes in the behavior of minipigs before and after pathological modeling．Results The study established the methods for observing and recording the changes in the behavior of big animal in the basic research on traditional Chinese medicine，and the special cages and behavioral surveillance system adopted in this series played an important role in completely and accurately collecting and processing data．Conclusion This method has been successfully used in the study on behavioral science in the experimental minipigs with blocked meridian，and could also be used in other basic researches in TCM．More conclusions still remain to be observed and investigated．

摘要： 目的对实验用小型猪应用于中医基础研究的方法学进行探讨。方法利用特定的笼具和监控系统观测记 录造模前后小型猪的行为学改变。结果该方法初步建立了对大型实验动物行为学应用于中医基础研究的观测 方法。采用的笼具与行为学观测系统对全面、准确采集并分析相关数据具有很大的作用。结论本方法已经成功 应用于实验用小型猪经络堵塞模型的行为学研究，并有望应用于其他中医基础实验研究，更多结论仍有待进一步 实验观察。
