Abstract: Objective To determine the values of physiological and biochemical parameters in of HBK-SPF ducks at age of 7 and 56 days old and comparative analysis of the differences between male and female.Methods The values of physiological and biochemical parameters in of 7 and 56··day old HBK··SPF ducks at age of 7 and 56 days were measured and the results were t-tested was made to analyze the results.Results There was a very significant difference between NE,PLT,ALT,ALP,ALB,BUN,Na,K and Mg values in male and female chickens at the age of 7 days days(P<0.01)among NE,PLT,ALT,ALP,ALB,BUN,Na,K and Mg values,and a significant difference of e between MO and P values sexually in male and female chickens at the same age of 7 days(P<0.05);while at age of 56 days,a very significant difference difference existedbetween at WBC,HCT,HGB,ALT,ALP,LDH, BUN,P and Mg values in male and female chickens at age of 56 days(P<0.01),a significant difference between at MCV,MCH,PLT,and Cl values in male and female chickens at age of 56 days(P<0.05). Conclusion The values of the physiological and biochemical parameters were different between male and female HBK—SPF ducks at age of 7 and 56 days.

摘要: 目的测定不同日龄的HBK.SPF(哈尔滨白壳无特定病原体)鸭生理生化指标,并分析比较雌雄之间的差异。 方法采用常规方法测定7日龄和56日龄的雌、雄HBK.SPF鸭的生理生化指标,并对雌雄差异进行了统计学分 析。结果在所测定的生理生化指标中,不同日龄、性别之间表现显著性差异的项目不同,其中7日龄时,嗜中性 粒细胞(NE)、血小板计数(PLT)、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、血 清钠(Na)血清钾(K)、血清镁(Mg)等参数存在性别差异,达到极显著(P<0.01),单核细胞(MO)和血清磷(P)存 在显著性别差异(P<0.05);56日龄时,白细胞计数(V/8C)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、ALT、ALP、乳酸 脱氢酶(LDH)、BUN、P、Mg等参数存在极显著性别差异(P<0.01),平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白含量 (MCH)、PLT、血清氯(C1)等差异显著(P<0.05),其它生理生化指标在雌雄之间差异不显著。结论不同日龄的
