Abstract: Objective Explore more efficient surgical approaches to bilateral ovarian excision in experimental rats. Method Ordinary ovarian extraction method is to use ophthalmic tweezers to remove the ovaries from the abdominal cavity and then ligate the uterine horns and the ovaries bilaterally, and then use ophthalmic scissors for resection, and finally inject them with penicillin intramuscularly. This method has a small amount of blood oozing, which is prone to intra-abdominal infection. In order to improve the success rate of surgery, after many explorations, this experiment made a tool dedicated to exploring and fixing the ovaries, changing bilateral ligation to unilateral ligation, penicillin intramuscular injection to intraperitoneal injection. Result Comparison experiment showed that the new method was simpler and easier to operate, it was not easy to bleed during the operation, and the success rate of the postoperative operation was higher. Conclusion The new experimental method is simpler to operate and has a higher postoperative success rate.

摘要: 目的 探索更高效的实验大鼠双侧卵巢摘除手术方法。 方法 普通卵巢摘除法是采用眼科镊将卵巢取出腹 腔后子宫角与卵巢双侧结扎,再利用眼科剪进行切除,最后用青霉素肌肉注射。 该方法有少量血液渗出,易发生腹 腔内感染。 为提高手术成功率,经过多次摸索,本实验自制了专用于探索及固定卵巢的工具,改双侧结扎为单侧结 扎,青霉素肌肉注射改为腹腔注射。 结果 对比实验显示,新方法更简单易操作,手术过程中不易出血,术后不易 感染,手术成功率更高。 结论 新实验方法操作更简单,术后成功率更高。
