Abstract: Objective To help the laboratories of quality control for laboratory animals find problems and improve the level of quality control of laboratories through the proficiency testing. Method To carry out the proficiency testing according to the document CNAS-CL03, and samples passed the homogeneity test and stability test. The participating laboratories should submit the testing result and original record. To compare the laboratory result and the standard result. Result A total of 9 laboratories participated in the program. 7 laboratories presented satisfactory experiment result. The satisfaction rate of the program is 77. 78%. Conclusion The overall testing level of esterase 1 and transferrin in the laboratories of quality control was relatively high. There is room for improvement in a few laboratories.

摘要： 目的 通过组织实施能力验证计划,帮助实验动物质量控制实验室发现问题,提高实验室质量控制水平。方法 依据 CNAS-CL03 能力验证提供者认可准则组织实施能力验证计划,样品通过均匀性和稳定性检验。参加单位在规定时限内提交检测结果和相关原始记录,将实验室结果与标准结果进行对比分析。 结果 共有 9 家实验室参加本次能力验证计划,其中 7 家实验室提交了满意结果,本次能力验证计划的满意率为 77. 78% 。 结论 实验动物质量控制实验室在酯酶-1 和转铁蛋白的整体检测水平较高,少数实验室存在提升空间。
