Abstract: Objective To establish the reference range of four tests of coagulation in the plasma of SD rats in the medical laboratory of Beijing institute of Chinese medicine, Beijing university of Chinese medicine. Method Prothrombin time ( PT) , activated partial thrombin time ( APTT) , thrombin time ( TT) and fibrinogen ( FIB ) levels in the plasma of forty SD rats were measured using automated coagulation analyzer. Result The reference range of PT, APTT, TT and FIB was 14. 96 to 15. 86 s, 15. 25 to 18. 83 s, 43. 06 to 53. 18 s and 1. 94 to 2. 21 g /L with stable result, respectively. Conclusion The reference range of four parameters of coagulation in normal SD rats was established, which provides reference value for pharmacological experiments and is of great significance for the safety toxicological evaluation of SD rats.

摘要:目的 建立北京中医药大学北京中医药研究院医学检验实验室 SD 大鼠血浆中凝血四项正常参考值范围。方法 利用全自动凝血分析仪测定 40 只 SD 大鼠血浆中的凝血酶原时间( PT) 、活化部分凝血酶时间( APTT) 、凝血酶时间( TT)和纤维蛋白原( FIB)水平。 结果 正常 SD 大鼠血浆中的凝血四项参数比较稳定,PT 的参考值范围为 14. 96 ~ 15. 86 s,APTT 为 15. 25 ~ 18. 83 s,TT 为 43. 06 ~ 53. 18 s 及 FIB 为 1. 94 ~ 2. 21 g / L。 结论 建立了该实验室正常 SD 大鼠的凝血四项检查参考值范围,为药理实验提供参考数值,对其安全性毒理学评价有重要意义。
