Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bakuchiol on osteoporosis in male mice caused by castration. Method ICR male mice were randomly divided into five groups: control group, castration model group, positive drug group, bakuchiol 10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg group. The control group was sham operated, and the other groups were resected small mice testicles. After 6 weeks of successful modeling, the mice were administered for eight weeks, serum biochemical parameters were measured, and the right leg tibia of each group was taken for MicroCT scanning. The femur of each group was used for bone biomechanical determination. Result The osteocalcin OC values of the control group, model group, B10 and B20 mg/kg group were (177.69±45.13), (220.35±25.08), (167.48±74.11) and (108.76±38.17); The Tb.N values of the control group, model group, positive drug group, B10 and B20 mg/kg group were (3.53±0.49), (1.71±0.16), (2.51±0.35), (2.14±0.23), and (2.45±0.42). Conclusion Bakuchiol has a therapeutic effect on ovariectomy leading to osteoporosis in male mice.

摘要: 目的 观察补骨脂酚对去势导致的雄性小鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用。方法 ICR雄性小鼠随机分为5组,分别为对照组、去势模型组、阳性药组、补骨脂酚10 mg/kg和20 mg/kg体质量组,对照组做假手术,其余组均切除小鼠睾丸。造模成功6周后,小鼠给药8周取材,检测血清生化指标,取各组右腿胫骨进行MicroCT扫描,取各组小鼠股骨进行骨生物力学测定。结果 对照组、模型组、B10和B20 mg/kg组的骨钙素OC值分别为(177.69±45.13),(220.35±25.08),(167.48±74.11)和(108.76±38.17);对照组、模型组、阳性药组、B10和B20 mg/kg组的Tb.N分别为(3.53±0.49)、(1.71±0.16)、(2.51±0.35)、(2.14±0.23)和(2.45±0.42)。结论 补骨脂酚对去势导致雄性小鼠骨质疏松有治疗作用。
