Abstract: Abstract: Experimental cattle are widely applied in different fields of research，however，the corresponding standard of microbiological quality control for experimental cattle has not been established yet． In the present study， literature analysis and Modified Delphi expert consultation method were performed as to explore the requirements and grade system establishment for experimental cattle microbiological quality control，and surveillance of local standard，further providing a reference for experimental cattle preparation and usage in Beijing．

摘要： 摘要: 实验用牛应用广泛，但目前尚无相应的微生物学质量控制标准。采取文献分析法和改良德尔菲专家咨询法，研究实验用牛微生物学质量控制要求，探索建立实验用牛微生物学等级及监测地方标准，以期为北京市实验用牛的生产与使用单位在控制实验用牛微生物学质量方面提供借鉴。
