P407 诱导和脂肪乳剂建立小鼠高血脂模型的比较研究

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To compare the blood lipid level of mice with hyperlipidemia induced with P407 and fat emulsions. Method The mice were treated with fat emulsions( IE) ,the others were treated with P407,Finally,the contents of serum total cholesterol ( TC) ,triglyceride ( TG) ,high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C) ,low-density lipoprotein-cholestrol( LDL-C) . Result The contents of serum TC、LDL-C were fold-increased,TG was fold-decreasd in mice with fat emulsions,the contents of serum TC、LDL-C、TG were fold-increased,HDL-C was fold-decreasd. Conclusion It is a quite rapid and reliable way to establish hyperlipidemia model with P407.

摘要: 摘要: 目的比较P407( 泊洛沙姆) 和脂肪乳剂的小鼠高血脂模型的特点。方法采用灌胃法给予小鼠脂肪乳剂,腹腔注射法给予小鼠P407,之后测血清中的胆固醇( TC) 、甘油三酯( TG) 、高密度脂蛋白( HDL-C) 和低密度脂蛋白( LDL-C) 。结果脂肪乳剂造模后小鼠TC、LDL-C 显著升高,TG 显著降低,HDL-C 的变化没有显著性。P407-1d 组的小鼠TC、TG、LDL-C 显著升高,HDL-C 显著下降,符合临床典型高血脂的特征。结论用P407 建立小鼠高血脂模型更快速,更接近临床高血脂症。
