Abstract: Abstract: Development of science and technology is dependent on animal model studies，so reliable animal models for various diseases have been developed around the world． And animal models have made a great contribution to the development of modern medicine． However，there are still many difficulties to reproduce human diseases in animals by artificial induction，and clinical signs of many diseases can’t be monitored in laboratory animals or only observed in the higher mammals． Therefore，animal selection and establishment of animal model are important for a successful experimental design and achieving its aim．

摘要： 摘要: 实验动物模型的发展制约着医学科学技术研究的进步，为了建立可靠的各类疾病动物模型，在世界范围内均有深入研究。疾病动物模型对医学事业的发展做出了巨大的贡献，但是，目前仍有许多人类疾病难以通过人工诱导的方法复制动物模型，而且许多疾病在实验动物体上不表现或仅仅只表现在高等哺乳类动物体上，因此，一个实验设计是否成功，实验是否能够顺利达到研究者的预期目标，实验动物模型的制备及动物选择就显得非常的重要。
