Abstract: Abstract: Animal feeding can influence the growth and development，physiological function and metabolism of experimental animals，thus affecting the results of the authenticity，accuracy and scientific． The guinea pig is one of the experiments use more animal，but because of its activities with anatomical characteristics of sensitive reaction，with some special biological characteristics and physiological anatomy． Therefore，there are some special requirements on guinea pig fed and management，by the majority of researchers concern and attention．
