Abstract: Abstract: A lot of laboratory animal models have been developed to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension． Four rat model strains about hypertension including Spontaneous Hypertensive Rats ( SHR) 、 Wistar Kyoto Rats ( WKY) 、Dahl /Salt Sensitive Rats ( DSS) and Salt Sensitive-Chr 13BN Rats ( SS-13BN ) will be introduced in this paper．
