Abstract: Abstract: Laboratory animal sciences in our country has entered into a fast developing period，which depended upon staff professional engaged in laboratory animal． Administration of licensee of staff engaged in Laboratory animal is an important part of work in normalization，and is also an important means for improving competence of staff on laboratory animal，speeding up process of normalization． The aim of this work is to review and analysis of current situation on License of staff engaged in Laboratory Animal and to provide reference to laboratory animal administration．

摘要： 摘要: 我国实验动物科学已进入快速发展时期，得利于培养和造就了一支具有较高业务素质和专业技术水平的实 验动物人才队伍。实验动物从业人员岗位证书管理是实验动物工作规范化管理的重要组织部分，对于提高实验动 物从业人员素质、贯彻落实政策法规和推进实验动物标准化进程具有重要的意义。本文对近年来实验动物从业人 员岗位证书管理情况进行分析，为实验动物管理工作提供参考。
