Abstract: Animal experiments is a indispensable measure in life science research,which plays a very important role in the development of biological medicine. But with the development of society,advance of science technology and improvement of the people morality level,ethical issue of animal experiments draws extensive attention of people. In this paper,the argument of animal experiments ethical issues,manner of medical word and the public at animal experiments were analysed,and the problem how to take animal experiments scientifically,reasonably and humanly to accept challenge suitably with animal experiment ethics were discussed. It is emphasized that the biomedical research should be coordinately developed with animal experiment ethics,which can make animal experiments fully serve science and technology advance,mankind health and society development.

摘要： 动物实验是生命科学研究中必须采用的手段,对生物医学的发展起着十分重要的作用,但随着社会的发展、科技的进步和人类道德水准的提高,动物实验伦理问题引起了人们广泛的关注。本文对动物实验伦理问题的争论、医学界及公众对动物实验的态度进行了分析,对在生物医学研究中如何科学、合理而人道地进行动物实验,才能更好地应对动物实验伦理挑战进行了论述,强调了生物医学研究必需与动物实验伦理学的协调发展,才能使动物实验更好地服务于科技进步、人类健康和社会发展。
