Abstract: The sterilization effects for feeds,bedding materials,drinking water and cages in the same package under the same sterilizing condition and for the single article under different sterilizing conditions with pulsant vacuum sterilizer were evaluated by Bacillus Stearothermophilus as indicator.This not only verified the killing effect of pulsant vacuum sterilizer under commonly sterilizing condition,but also optimized the sterilization parameter of pulsant vacuum sterilizer.

摘要： 采用嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片作为指示菌,通过其在同一灭菌条件下对同种包装方式的饲料、垫料、动物饮用水以及笼具等多种物品的灭菌效果以及不同灭菌条件下对单一物品的灭菌效果进行分析评定,进而验证脉动真空灭菌器在常用的灭菌条件下的灭菌效果,同时对该灭菌器的灭菌参数进行了优化。
