Abstract: Zebra fish,as a common experimental model animal,is widely used in many research fields,such as biology,medicine sciences and so on.However,disease problem of this fish has not been paid enough attention,and the knowledge about the diseases is quite limited currently.Mycobacteriosis is frequently occurred disease among experimental zebra fish,resulting in severe problem to the ongoing scientific experiments.It's reported that the cases of mycobacteriosis was approximately 20% of the total ill cases of zebra fish.Zebra fish possesses natural sensitivity to the infection of mycobacterium,so this pathogen is a great threaten to zebra fish,which influences a lot of scientific experiments. In order to arouse appropriately attention and recognition to this disease of zebra fish,and to set up a base for further study on this disease,the species and biological characteristics of pathogens,the symptoms of the disease,the method of diagnosis,the technology of pathogen detection and the control strategy are reviewed in this article.

摘要： 斑马鱼作为一种常用的实验模式生物,在生物学和医学的许多研究领域得到了广泛应用。然而,国内外对于其病害的研究极少。分枝杆菌病是实验斑马鱼的常见病,危害最大,约占其总病例数的20%。斑马鱼对分枝杆菌具有天然的敏感性,因此该菌对实验斑马鱼构成了巨大的威胁,影响了许多重要的科学实验。本文从病原的种类,生物学特性,疾病的症状,诊断方法和病原检测技术以及控制等方面对斑马鱼的分支杆菌病进行了介绍,希望能引起人们足够的重视,并能积极的展开相关研究。
