Abstract: The progress and development of biomedicine is closely linked to the animal experiment.In this paper,we analyze the use of laboratory animals in the medical research in Peking University Third Hospital in recent years and the problems in the implementation of ethic principles.Then the suggestions are presented from the applicability of laboratory animals in medical research.

摘要： 生物医学的进步与发展和动物实验息息相关。本文介绍了北京大学第三医院近年来在医学研究中各类实验动物的使用情况,对其中伦理原则的落实情况加以初步分析,并就实验动物在各类医学研究中的适用性给予建议。
