Abstract: Jilin provincial laboratory animal information service platform was designed and established to provide Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Jilin Provincial Laboratory Animal Management Committee with management support on the production and use of laboratory animal,and scientific research and education training in laboratory animal in Jilin Province and improve the utilization ratio of laboratory animal resources.This report aims to introduce this Platform's design objective and service functions of 10 modules,such as platform's news and announcements,organization introduction,law and regulations,standard,supervision,and message board etc.and make on further assumption on the improvement of service functions,including but not limited network supervision of information service platform,long-distance education training and integration of the information of supply and demand.

摘要： 为了协助吉林省科技厅、吉林省实验动物管理委员会对吉林省实验动物的生产、使用、科研及教育培训提供管理支持,提高我省实验动物资源的利用效率,设计、建设了吉林省实验动物信息服务平台。本文介绍了平台的新闻与公告、机构介绍、法规标准、许可证管理、生产与使用、知识库、教育与培训、供求信息、监督检查和留言板等十个模块的设计目的与服务功能,对信息服务平台的网络监督和远程教育培训等服务功能的完善作了进一步的设想。
