Anti-Inebriation Effects of Flos Puerariae-Poria Tablet and Its Mechanisms

葛花茯苓片的解酒作用及其机制

Abstract: Objective To investigate the anti-inebriation effect of Flos Puerariae-Poria Tablet and related its mechanisms.Methods The 56% vol.of liquor was orally administered into the mice to induce the alcoholism.Ebriety time and sober-up time were observed and recorded,and glutathione(GSH) malonaldehyde(MDA) levels and alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) activity in liver were determined.Results Flos Puerariae-Poria Tablet prolonged the ebriety time and obviously shortened the sober-up time.In addition,Flos Puerariae-Poria Tablet could produce an increase in GSH content and enhance ADH activity,and could significantly block the increase of MDA induced by the liquor in hepatic tissue.Conclusion Flos Puerariae-Poria Tablet has effect of anti-inebriation,which is associated with its roles in enhancement of GSH content and ADH activity,and blocking the increase of MDA level.

摘要: 目的探讨葛花茯苓片的解酒作用及相关机制。方法应用56°白酒,分别观察葛花茯苓片对急性酒精中毒小鼠的醉酒时间,睡眠时间,肝脏组织中的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)及乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)含量的影响。结果葛花茯苓片能延长醉酒时间,缩短睡眠时间,并能明显提高小鼠肝组织GSH、ADH水平和抑制酒精引起的MDA含量的增加。结论葛花茯苓片具有显著的解酒作用,这可能与其提高肝组织GSH、ADH水平和抑制MDA等的抗氧化作用有关。
