Abstract: Objective From analysis of three year history of animal experiments in the Peking Union Medical College Hospital,an overview of experimental protocols,laws,and associated background information was found.Methods The animal research staff's educational background,associated departments and areas of research,as well as species and quantity of animals used were analyzed in hospital animal experiments.Result In Peking Union Medical College Hospital,animal experiment showed a steady increase in number every year,and many departments were involved in animal experiments.Conclusion In Peking Union Medical College Hospital,the research projects involving animal experiments are rapidly increasing,laboratory animal research in Teaching Hospital is playing a more and more important role.

摘要： 目的通过对北京协和医院近3年的动物实验情况分析,得出我院基本的动物实验概况及其规律。方法从动物实验人员的学历、科室分布和课题数量,以及使用动物种类和数量几方面分析协和医院动物实验概况。结果协和医院动物实验涉及的科室很多,动物实验项目数量每年都有增长。结论北京协和医院很多科研课题进行动物实验,动物实验室已成为医院科研教学的必要支撑条件。
