Abstract: How to control the quality of chronic toxicity and carcinogenicity test on rats is very important.It includes the quality-controls before and during and after the experiment.The key point is dose-designing,while the core of performance is according to the good laboratory practice and the standard operating procedure,and the most important is to control the quality of data-analysis and report.

摘要： 大鼠农药慢性毒性与致癌合并实验是费时最长、参加人员最多、消耗财力和物质最大、操作繁琐复杂而又经不起重复的一个高难度研究工作,对其进行质量控制显得尤为重要。主要包括实验开始前的实验设计质量控制、实验过程中的全程质量控制和实验结束后的资料整理和实验报告质量控制。简言之,就是"确实做好预测,周密设计剂量,精心饲养动物,细心观察反应,认真测定指标,实事求是总结"。
