Abstract: Objective To measure and analyse the immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM in young rhesus monkeys feeding basic diets supplemented with Mucaosu.Methods Fifteen health and young rhesus monkeys were divided into group A,B,C.Group A was control group,group B and group C were fed with diet containing 0.1% and 0.2% Mucaosu,respectively.Two months later,IgG,IgA,IgM were measured.Results IgG levels in group A,B,C were 644.8 mg/dL±72.23 mg/dL,756.4 mg/dL±55.87 mg/dL,776.4 mg/dL±193.84 mg/dL,respectively;IgA were 12.41 mg/dL±3.31 mg/dL,17.2 mg/dL±1.77 mg/dL,19.75 mg/dL±0.72 mg/dL respectively;IgM were 42.66 mg/dL±4.45 mg/dL,65.58 mg/dL±10.11 mg/dL,71.36 mg/dL±10.62 mg/dL respectively.Conclusion The contents of immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM of group B and group C were significant higher than group A(P<0.05);IgG,IgA,IgM of group C were much higher than group B(P<0.05).The finding suggested that Mucaosu had effects on development the immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM in young rhesus monkeys.

摘要: 目的本实验通过在幼年恒河猴日粮中添加不同浓度的苜草素,对实验前后组间IgG、IgA、IgM进行比较分析。方法将15只人工饲养的健康幼年恒河猴随机分为3组:A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B、C组在基础日粮中分别加入0.1%和0.2%的苜草素。饲喂两个月后检测15只恒河猴血液中IgG、IgA、IgM水平。结果A、B、C三组实验后IgG分别为644.8 mg±72.23 mg/dL7、56.4 mg±55.87 mg/dL、776.4 mg±193.84 mg/dL;IgA分别为12.41 mg±3.31 mg/dL1、7.2 mg±1.77 mg/dL、19.75 mg±0.72 mg/dL;IgM分别为42.66 mg±4.45 mg/dL6、5.58 mg±10.11 mg/dL、71.36 mg±10.62 mg/dL。结论B、C组实验后IgGI、gAI、gM水平明显高于A组(P<0.05),同时两组实验后IgG、IgA、IgM水平也明显高于实验前(P<0.05),实验后C组IgG、IgA、IgM水平明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),表明苜草素能有效提高猕猴免疫球蛋白水平,增强猕猴自身免疫力。
