Abstract: To improve the rate of fertilization,the productive capacity of C_(57)BL/6 mouse was studied and the results showed that it was important to characterize the estrus among sexual cycles.The quality of zygotes obtained by natural mating was much better than that by superovulation,and the mouse kitten by natural mating survived highly,while superovulation was still an effective auxiliary method to get more zygotes.The mice sexual cycles were influenced remarkably by light,temperature,noise,air humidity and nourishment.

摘要： C57BL/6纯系小鼠生殖能力较低,为提高受孕率,对其生殖性能进行了研究。结果表明:性周期动情期的鉴定是提高小鼠受孕率的关键;自然交配的受精卵质量比超数排卵的好,产仔成活率高,但超数排卵仍是一种良好的获得更多受精卵的辅助办法;光照、温度、噪音、湿度、营养等因素对小鼠性周期影响很大。
