The Effect and Mechanism of Echinacoside on SAM-P/8's Learning and Memory Ability

松果菊苷改善SAM-P/8小鼠学习记忆能力作用机制初探

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Echinacoside on SAM-P/8's learning and memory ability.Methods SAM-P/8 mice were fed Echinacoside for 30 days continuously.Total protein,total antioxdative ability and acetylcholine of brain were detected by chemic kits.And the IL-2 of serum was examined by radio-immuno assay.Results The data shows that Echinacoside can improve total protein,total antioxdative ability and reduce acetylcholine as well as IL-2.Conclusion Echinacoside can increase the learning and memory ability of SAM-P/8,which may be related to reducing oxidative damage of the brain.

摘要: 目的探讨松果菊苷对SAM-P/8小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法以SAM-P/8小鼠为对象,给予松果菊苷连续灌胃30d,用化学比色试剂盒法测定脑组织总蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,用放免法测定血清中IL-2含量。结果松果菊苷能显著提高脑组织总蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力、降低乙酰胆碱酯酶活性及血清中IL-2含量。结论松果菊苷可能通过降低SAM-P/8小鼠脑组织氧化损伤改善其学习记忆能力。
