犬源Hepcidin的克隆与序列分析

Abstract

Abstract: The canine Hepcidin gene was amplified by RT-PCR from canine liver and cloned to pGEM-T-Easy vector.The gene was sequenced,and the result indicated that the gene was canine Hepcidin sequence,it was 258bp.After comparing it with the genes released in Genbank(AY773532),a nucleotide mutation was found.

摘要： 根据Genbank中已发表的犬属Hepcidin序列(AY772532),设计一对特异性引物,采用RT-PCR技术,从犬的肝脏中扩增出长258bp的基因。经测序表明该基因序列为犬属Hepcidin序列,对其序列分析表明,该基因序列与Genbank中已发表的犬属Hepcidin基因序列(AY772532)比较,第243位核苷酸发生突变。
