Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of “Hua-Yu-Qing-Fang-He-Ji”(HYQG) on hemorheology in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats. Methods Study was performed on SHR.The hemorheology was determined. Results Middle dosed and hig h dosed HYQG groups could significantly decreased the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscos ity.in SHR.The two groups also could enhance the deformity ability,reduced the eryth rocyte aggregation. Conclusion HYQG has same protective effects on SHR by improving hemotheologic parameters.

摘要: 目的 观察化瘀清利合剂对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)血液流变学的影响。方法 选用自发性高血压大鼠 ,测定给药后模型动物血液流变学。结果 化瘀清利合剂治疗大、中剂量组均有降低全血粘度和血浆粘度的作用 ,在降低低切变率血粘度时呈量效关系 ;治疗大、中剂量组可改善红细胞的变形能力、降低红细胞刚性指数和聚集指数。结论 化瘀清利合剂可改善SHR血液流变学 ,对高血压大鼠有一定的保护作用。
