快速老化模型小鼠SAMP6骨组织形态计量学观察

Abstract: Objective\ To validate if the pathological characters of spontaneous osteoporosis are ratained since SAMP6 was introduced from Japan into China.Methods\ Morphometry of bone tissue and changes with aging in SAMP6 and SAMR1 were compared.Results\ In SAMP6,not only bone mineralizati content was low,but also bone trabecula were rare and small,interspace of bone trabecula was large;Conclusion\ SAMP6 is a kind of new spontaneous osteoporosis model other than castration animal,which has been successfully introduced into China.

摘要: 目的 验证SAMP6小鼠自日本引进中国以来 ,其自发性骨质疏松的病理特点是否得以保持。方法 通过观察比较快速老化模型小鼠SAMP6与正常老化小鼠SAMR1骨组织形态计量学及其增龄性变化 ,确定SAMP6小鼠是否存在骨质疏松。结果 SAMP6不仅骨量低 ,骨的显微结构也表现为骨小梁稀疏、细小 ,骨小梁间隙大。结论 SAMP6小鼠引进成功 ,是一种新的不同于去势动物的自发性骨质疏松模型
