Abstract: To study the weight_loaded mice swimming performance in anti_fatigue test, different water_temperature regulation methods were used. The results showed that by using the method of boiled water that reduced to certain temperature can both reduce gas_formation in mice’s coat and shorten the time duration of weight_loaded mice swimming.

摘要: 在抗疲劳功能试验中采用不同调控水温的方法 ,对小鼠负重游泳试验进行比较研究 ,结果显示 :采用开水冷却至一定温度的方法 ,既可减少小鼠皮毛中气泡的生成 ,又能缩短小鼠负重游泳的时间
